Lynne spent the first half of her career in classical marketing at P&G, the world’s leading Consumer Goods company. She worked in SA, as well as in developing markets around the world, focusing on brand development & strategies for growth. Lynne has spent 8 years since in mobile, first running marketing for Nokia in Africa, and then establishing and running Brandtone, a successful mobile marketing agency in SA.
She now runs the team at Added Value in SA, focused on brand solutions to unlock growth for our clients. In her spare time she reads, loves to travel, and enjoys time with her 8-year-old daughter.
Tanya graduated from UCT with a Business Science degree in marketing. She started out her career in marketing research where she discovered her passion for brands and consumer insight.
In 2006, she joined Added Value South Africa, working within the quantitative insight team. Tanya has been heading up this team for the past few years now, where she works on many local and global studies exposing her to different categories, markets and generally, very smart people.
Tanya is also a key member of the global thought leadership team on segmentation and has been part of some large R&D initiatives across the group.
After graduating from the University of Johannesburg, Eden started his career as a marketing trainee at Bristol Myers Squib.
His career spans a number of brand marketing roles with BAT, Colgate-Palmolive and Diageo.
Eden has been with Added Value for over nine years and consulted across many categories from financial services to alcoholic drinks and for some of South Africa’s most recognisable brands.
Eden is passionate about brand positioning and working with his clients to optimise their brand portfolios.
When not deep in thought about brands, Eden loves to spend a few hours exploring the valleys of the Cape on his mountain bike.
